Facebook Online Bible Study Group
Following suggestions made at the ‘We share a Future’ weekend, we are now
offering the chance to study scripture together online through a group on the

Action Plan
In February the Mission Centre Council met to complete the development of a
Mission Centre Action Plan. The Action Plan is based on recommendations and
suggestions from the ‘We Share a Future’ weekend.
Part of the action plan focuses on Community Needs with the related aim being
to support congregations in developing a relationship with their community so
that effective ministry may be given. Andrew Fellows has accepted the role of
Mission Centre Community Officer and will be coordinating this part of the
Action Plan. .....more details
A copy of the Action Plan is attached. We are confident that this plan will
serve to focus the ministry of the church in the British Isles as we strive to
share the peace of Jesus Christ.

CD for Worship Music
One of the suggestions for an aid to worship in congregations at the We Share
weekend last year was to produce more tracks of hymns and praise and worship
songs on CD. The Mission Centre
Council has been looking at ways to get this started and we hope to have some
available later this year.
The big question is which songs would you like? Are there some which you feel
would be really good for your congregation? What are the old favourites and
which are the new ones you’d love to be able to sing? Tell us and tell us soon!
E-mail your list of one or many more to Richard Chapman as soon as you can so we
can decide which songs to begin with. |
